1.   Is a contract required?

Answer:  No.  You have the option of paying month to month and terminating whenever you deem necessary

2.   Where is my data stored?

Answer:  All your data is stored at your premises on your own computers, therefore you avoid the concerns of information privacy, security and access when data is stored on a vendor’s server.

3.   Will I have access to my data if I decide to terminate and did not pay for the month?

Answer:  Every system administrator or the user you’ve given the permissions to has the ability to export all your data to any location on your network.  All files remain in the same folder structure as you established in Kixzo, so that organizational level is NOT lost.  Now let’s say you decided to terminate on Jan 31 and forgot to export your data prior to the termination date.  We will give you a grace period of 3 calendar days to maintain access to your data so you can conduct the exporting process. 

4.   Do we receive training and installation support?

Answer: Absolutely.  It is our job to get you started so that your organization maximizes all the benefits of Kixzo. 

5.   What type of support will we receive after the initial training and installation?

Answer:  After the initial training/support you receive a 4hrs of free support which covers phone and webinar assistance to assist with any questions regarding the functionality of the program.  If you are encountering network problems we may provide very limited support but it is recommended that you have a network person in place to effectively resolve these manners.  If you do not have a network person, we have a network of qualified companies that are we can recommend to you.

6.   What about Software updates?

Answer:  For the first year, your organization receives free software updates to include any bug fixes or functionality changes made within that version you have.  After the first year, you may purchase an upgraded version for a nominal fee.  Call to find out the current prices and what is included in this upgrade.

7.   Can we upgrade or downgrade the amount of users on a monthly basis?

Answer:  Absolutely.  You have the option of changing the amount of users you want on a monthly basis as many times you want.  However you must maintain a minimal of at least 1 user.
