SYMPTOMS: When you try to point database to a specific file, an error message comes up stating verification of database has failed
CAUSE: There are 2 causes to this error. The first cause is that the database that you typed in is spelled incorrectly. The other reason is you have ,net 2.0 service pack is loaded on your computer. This service pack creates errors on some computers. To delete it
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click Add/Remove Programs
3. Find Microsoft .net 2.0 Service Pack and click it
4. Select Delete
5. Go to www.futurefiling.com/support
6. Select Versions and Downloads
7. Download the .net 2.0 and install on your computer
