You have just performed an autoupdate of Kixzo, but now your autosensing folders are not operating correctly. When you scan in a document to an autosensing folder, a copy of the document is appearing in the scan room but when you open it up the document is blank.
RESOLUTION: To solve this problem re-boot Kixzo but logging out completely and log back in.
