Failed to Register Kixzo message

You have purchased kixzo and inserted the new license but upon pressing ACTIVATE and OK, you receive a message "Failed to Register Kixzo, Please contact Future Filing....".

1. Open up Kixzo and go to the registration screen. 
2. At the bottom of that screen is a button called "CLEAR OLD REGISTRY VALUES"
3. Click on this button, then insert the unlock key provided to you after purchasing Kixzo
4. If the unlock key does NOT work, contact Future Filing to reset the key or issue a new one.  If a new key is issued, the old key will no longer work.
