| Make pre-sorting a thing of the past. If your daily work schedule is like most, time is precious. Meeting here, meeting there, you name it, so the last thing you want to do is to occupy you or your staff's precious time by pre-sorting mounds of information for submission into KIXZO. With the Merge and Unmerge Documents feature, you can simply scan in all your information at once, then at your own convenience at the office or a remote location (remote location requires the Web Based) sort the now digitized files within the secure parameters of KIXZO. This prized feature gives you the ability to "unmerge" files to create smaller files out of them. |

| For example, prior to leaving the office you placed 1,000 mixed pages of information into your scanner for submission to KIXZO. While waiting at the airport, home office, etc.., you wanted to "sort" this 1,000 page scan into 12 different files. Say pages: 1-5 and 89-220 is one file and pages 35-67 is another. Simply access Future Filing using the Web Based feature, and take advantage of the power delivered by The Merge and Unmerge Document feature. It's that simple!!! |
