At Future Filing, LLC, we take great pride in the level of support we offer, so that our clients will benefit from the full capabilities of KIXZO. Listed below is our support policy.
 
Our support covers:
 
Software Setup and Training via GoToMeeting
 
Using the unique web tool GoToMeeting (www.gotomeeting.com) which gives us the ability to access your computer or ours as we talk over the phone, we install KIXZO on your computers that are in the GoToMeeting. with internet access. In addition we provide up to 4 hours of FREE online training for you and your staff.
 
•   Free Error Fixes
 
No software product is 100% error free but that doesn't stop us from making every effort to get as close to this as humanly possible. All discovered errors are quickly fixed and you are promptly informed about the new version. The most recent version number is shown at http://www.futurefiling.com/versions_downloads.html
 
•   Assigning of a KIXZO Guidance Counselor
 
This person is your personalized trainer who is focused on ensuring that KIXZO meets your organization's needs. Support is also available via our online chat service.
 
Support Does NOT Cover:
 
•  Troubleshooting of network issues (Not Due to Kixzo), although we will assist in resolving these issues. If we are unable to     resolve it, we do know very knowledgeable IT consultants with very reasonable prices who are more than capable of fixing    complicated problems.
 
•  Free Upgrades. As KIXZO evolves, more features and benefits will become available. While we may from time to time offer     existing customers a preferred discount, free upgrades to subsequent versions are KIXZO require an additional purchase.
 
•  After the expiration of the free training period, a $300 per year charge will cover training over the phone, Web Meetings, Fax and     Email support.
 
Return Policy
 
Future Filing offers a free trial version of its software for up to 30 days to give customers an adequate opportunity to evaluate the value and productivity prior to purchase. Therefore, Future Filing, L.L.C does not accept returns on its products purchased.
 
Retail, Reseller and Bundled Software Products
 
Retail and bundled products purchased from an external distributor are subject to the return policies of that distributor.
 
Services and Contracts
 
Future Filing, L.L.C. does not accept returns on its services such as customer support contracts, professional services and product customizations.
